The space Guest Amenities For our beach-loving guests, we've provided a beach umbrella, 3 beach chairs, a beach blanket, and a cooler in the garage for your convenience. Also in the garage, you'll find a fully accessible washer and dryer (laundry detergent not included). For some added fun, we have a basketball for use at Elks Park and a corn hole game for your enjoyment in the backyard. Relax and unwind in our cozy backyard, complete with a gas grill for your BBQs! To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have 5 smart TVs, all equipped with internet access, so you can easily stream your favorite shows. Feel free to make use of these amenities and enjoy your time! Other things to note We have 5 smart TV's that work with the internet. House Rules: We kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to respect our neighbors. Please refrain from parking on the lawn and ensure daytime street parking does not block traffic. • Local Recommendations: The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, just minutes from popular beaches like Jensen Beach and Stuart Beach. You’ll find great shopping and dining nearby on US1, including family-friendly restaurants and local shops. • Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. We aim to maintain a clean, allergy-free environment for all our guests. • Safety & Cleanliness: The home is professionally cleaned before each stay. • Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
